Originally from the UK, Megan migrated to New Zealand in 2016, settling in the beautiful Tahuna, Queenstown.
Arriving on a working holiday visa, to now holding permanent resident status within New Zealand, Megan understands the stress, anxiety and excitement that comes with the whole migration process.
Megan prides herself in making migrants fully understand the process and by applying her practical experience help make migrants feel comfortable, safe, and confident when engaging with Immigration New Zealand’s processes.
Megan is a UK Law graduate and her legal background has provided her with the essential skills and experience to professionally advocate facts and complex information on behalf of clients to ensure the best outcome.
Her goal is to make her client’s journey as smooth and stress-free as possible and she has assisted in over 500 successful immigration matters.
Megan is a valued member of the Queenstown community, serving on the board of Queenstown Young Professionals and Happiness House. Her passion is to help people from all backgrounds to achieve their immigration goals.
Emma Collins
Licensed Immigration Adviser
Emma brings an infusion of energy and compassion to Vita Nova.
Originally from England, Emma holds a law degree from the UK and decided to embrace the adventurer's path by travelling to Australia and ultimately settling in Queenstown in 2015.
As a fully licensed immigration adviser, Emma has managed many visa applications and complex immigration matters.
Emma's personal experience with Immigration New Zealand has been instrumental in gaining positive outcomes for her clients.
Emma is passionate about making the visa application process as stress-free and smooth as possible for her clients.
Kelsey Kuhn
Licensed Immigration Adviser
In 2014 Kelsey came to New Zealand in search of a new adventure. After life overseas, it was Aotearoa, the land of the long white cloud, that captured her heart. Settling in Wellington, she became a New Zealand citizen in 2022.
Starting her immigration career in a corporate setting, Kelsey worked for a global consulting firm for several years. She assisted companies of various sizes and individuals with New Zealand immigration compliance.
Kelsey is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and cultures on their visa journeys. As a migrant herself, she understands how personal the process can be and how helpful it is to have trustworthy guidance throughout the experience.
Jay-Marie Albert

Jay Marie is originally from the Philippines. With four years of law studies under her belt, she embarked on a journey as a Legal Assistant, collaborating with esteemed lawyers in the United States since March 2023.
